We’re looking for a skilled **Machine Operator** to set up, run, and maintain cold form machines—such as Formax, Menn, or Carlo Salvi—to produce high‑quality fasteners used by top automotive brands. If you enjoy hands‑on work, mechanical problem‑solving, and being part of a supportive team, this is an excellent long‑term opportunity with room to grow.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate a cold thread machine to produce fasteners.
+ Prepare and gather necessary materials for production.
+ Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
+ Transport finished products to quality control for assessment.
+ Collaborate with a team of 10 on the shop floor.
+ Maintain and clean the workstation after production.
