This role operates and monitors highly automated blow molding machines in a modern production environment. You will work closely with another team member to keep equipment running efficiently, ensure raw materials are properly stocked, and maintain consistent production cycle times through visual inspections and basic troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate one of two blow molding machines in a production setting, working alongside another machine operator.
+ Keep the blow molding machines running smoothly and consistently, maintaining targeted 70-second cycle times.
+ Monitor machine performance and respond quickly to minor malfunctions to minimize downtime.
+ Perform regular visual inspections of products and equipment to identify defects or issues.
