**Job Description**
This role operates drying machinery in a production environment, handling raw materials, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring products meet defined quality and documentation standards. The Machine Operator prepares and processes batches, performs routine equipment cleaning and light maintenance, and follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to support safe, efficient, and compliant production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and weigh raw materials and load them into the drying machine, handling individual loads up to approximately 25 pounds.
+ Monitor the drying machine throughout operation, checking for proper vibration, amperage, and overall status to ensure stable performance.
+ Scrape powder residue from the machine, load powder, seal drums, and load sealed drums onto pallets, including processing up to four lots per day as needed.
