Position Overview

• Performs operations of a specific machine/s used in production of hotdogs and traditional deli products in accordance with the company standards of producing quality and safe food products.
• Assures the machine functionality and efficiency to ensure products are well produced according to specific standards to achieve company objectives in food quality and safety, volume achievement and product yield targets and programs in response to volume requirements at the most economical cost.
• Reports any product non-conformances and equipment irregularities.
• Performs minor trouble shooting on machine/s handled.
• Coordinates and collaborate with Engineering team to report machine assessments.
