This role focuses on inspecting small plastic parts as they come off plastic injection machines and preparing them for shipment. You work on a steady production line, ensuring quality standards are met and that parts are accurately packaged. The position currently runs on a third-shift schedule and will transition to 8-hour shifts in August.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect small plastic parts as they come off plastic injection machines to ensure they meet quality standards
+ Identify and remove defective parts from the production flow
+ Place inspected parts into boxes and prepare them for shipment
+ Perform basic machine operation tasks as needed to support production
+ Handle general production and assembly duties related to plastic parts
+ Assist with packaging and labeling to maintain accurate order fulfillment
