Machine Operator Helper – Manufacturing (Entry Level Growth Role)

We are hiring a Machine Operator Helper to support machine operators in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands on position designed for individuals who want to grow into a Machine Operator or CNC Operator role.

You will assist with production, material handling, staging parts, and maintaining workflow throughout the shop.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup and production
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Place tubing and materials onto racks
• Remove finished material from machines
• Clean and organize work areas
• Stage materials for production runs
• Identify material sizes and types
• Help package finished products
• Follow all safety procedures
• Work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
