Job Description
**Machine Operator- Pay up to $21/hr- IN.**
**Location:** Indianapolis, IN.
**Pay:** $21/hr
**Shift:** 2nd- 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
3rd- 10:30 PM-7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate up to 4 production machines simultaneously.
+ Perform tooling changes using hand and power tools.
+ Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and quality gauges.
+ Move materials and keep production lines running efficiently.
+ Track materials, batch numbers, and production records.
+ Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
+ Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
+ Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and material handling tasks.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience.
+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
