Overview

Major Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our prestigious manufacturing client based in Failsworth.

Required experience

The role would suit candidates with previous production or machine operating experience in any of the following:

• Plastics Manufacturing
• Extrusion
• Masterbatch
• Chemical
• Food Manufacturing
• Injection Moulding

Previous plastic manufacturing experience is highly desirable although not essential.

Key responsibilities

• To be responsible for the manufacture of all masterbatch to a good consistent quality in line with laboratory specification.
• To be responsible for the manufacture of all masterbatch at the required hourly output rates.
• To ensure that optimum process conditions are repeated at all times and that the quality of production does not deviate from the required laborator...
