IPS Industries is hiring **Machine Operators for our Extrusion and Converting production lines **at our Carrollton, TX facility. If you have experience operating manufacturing equipment and want a consistent 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off, we want to hear from you.


Operators in this role help produce high-quality packaging products used across retail, healthcare, hospitality, and other industries.


Job Type: Full-time


Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights. No rotating shifts)

  • 2-2-3 schedule

  • Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off

    • This schedule provides built-in extended time off while maintaining full-time hours.
