What You’ll Do

• Operate production machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently
• Start up equipment at the beginning of each shift and verify proper operation
• Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow
• Replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality
