Machine Operator

Location: Coopers Plains, QLD

$48.85/hr + OT + Super

Rotating roster: 2 x 12-hour shifts one week, 5 x 12-hour shifts the next (day & night shifts)

Work in a hot and dusty manufacturing environment producing plastic pipe products from raw granular materials through extrusion and finishing processes. This is a hands-on machine operation role focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion lines, blending systems, and downstream equipment
• Monitor production processes to ensure pipe quality and consistency
• Cut, pack, and strap finished products onto pallets for dispatch
• Maintain safe and efficient machine operation in line with production targets
