Genesis Staffing is sourcing dependable & qualified Machine Operators for our client in Conroe, TX.


Job Qualifications

  • Ability to adhere to Safety Policy & Procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 to 5 years of machine operation experience required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team!
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts standing, bending, stooping and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a Rotational work schedule (Days and Nights) including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to complete background check and pre- employment drug and alcohol testing requirements
