**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
This daylight role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with potential Saturday shifts during busy periods.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform repetitive general labor tasks by removing brick from kiln carts and stacking it onto the monorail in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Assist in all aspects of brick manufacturing operations to support consistent production flow.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in production or general labor environments.
+ Strong mechanical skills and understanding, with the ability to be mechanically inclined and work with machines and equipment.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly as part of daily job duties.
+ Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of brick and accurate completion of SOPs and inventory documents.
