**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
This role operates a variety of production machinery in a plastic manufacturing facility that produces parts used in high-performance automotive applications. The Machine Operator sets up and runs equipment such as guillotine, shrink wrap, and packaging machines, follows blueprints and work orders, and ensures parts meet quality and dimensional specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow on a daytime, Monday through Friday schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a guillotine machine, shrink wrap machine, and packaging machine safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Review and interpret blueprints and work orders to understand required dimensions, materials, and cutting specifications.
+ Select the appropriate saw blade based on material type and cut requirements listed on the work order.
