Machine Operator Food Industry

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and report equipment faults.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
  • Complete production and shift documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace housekeeping using 5S practices.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • 1-3 years experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
