Machine Operator

Machine Operator – 12-Hour Shift - $21.57/hr.
Hours of Work: 12 rotating between night/day

PrideStaff is recruiting for a Machine Operator for a local manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated team player that only wants to work 14 days a month!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for using pallet jacks and lifts to safely load yarn packages into creel positions.
• Responsible for identifying yarn types and ensuring the correct type is being used.
• Must prepare yarn packages by pulling and combing tails, hanging tails in tail hooks and using aspirator hoses to clean off packages. Places end caps on packages.
• Tasked with splicing packages together in a manner which will lead to a good transfer.
