This role operates and sets up flexographic printing press equipment to produce high-quality printed paperboard products. You will prepare and change over press components, handle materials and inks, maintain consistent print quality, and keep accurate production and quality records while working safely in a unionized, team-based environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and change over flexographic press equipment by installing and removing cylinders, anilox rollers, sleeves, and die-cutters according to job specifications.
+ Prepare and configure robotic take-off systems to ensure efficient and safe product handling during production runs.
