Machine Operator

Stable, direct-hire Machine Operator positions are now open at our Bellefontaine facility. We are looking for reliable local talent to join our production floor immediately.

Important Note for Applicants: This role is for local candidates only. We do not offer relocation assistance. To be considered, you must currently live within a 45- to 60-minute commuting radius of Bellefontaine (including Kenton, Marysville, Urbana, and the Indian Lake area).

What You Will Do on the Job

• Run & Adjust Equipment: Set up, monitor, and fine-tune production machinery to hit daily efficiency targets.

• Inspect Quality: Use precision tools like calipers and gauges to check parts and record accurate SPC/measurement data.
