+ Operate converting machinery used for flexible packaging, including labels and printed boxes, in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Set up, run, and monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.
+ Utilize and maintain mounting equipment, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and in proper working condition throughout the shift.
+ Handle and manage printing plates used as molds, including cleaning them before storage and preparing them for upcoming print runs.
+ Inspect each plate before use to confirm it is clean, undamaged, and suitable for the required print run.
