To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Machine Operator located in Henrico, VA.Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Machine Operator’s role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining automated production equipment while monitoring quality and inventory to ensure efficient, high-standard manufacturing.What a typical day looks like:Review schedules and procedures to set up equipment, including loading components, feeders, and stencils.
Start and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to keep production within control limits.
Inspect products against specifications, performing reworks or equipment adjustments if quality drops.
Track inventory, record process data, and monitor the shelf life of chemicals and sensitive parts.
