**Job Description**
This role prepares and operates juice batching and production equipment on a rotating schedule, primarily on 3rd shift with initial training on 1st shift. Under the direction of a supervisor, you will oversee juice preparation, monitor yield performance, and maintain product quality while supporting safe and efficient operations on the production floor.

+ Prepare and operate juice batching and production equipment to meet established yield and quality standards.
+ Monitor juice quantity and quality during production and make appropriate adjustments to machinery and product settings.
