Job Description:
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include preparing parts for a furnace operation, monitoring furnace performance, loading/unloading furnace, and ensuring the highest level of quality are being produced. Training will be from the hours of 6am-2pm for up to one month before transitioning to 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Assemble and load key components into Furnace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
