Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our machinery. You will be responsible for checking the stack count list for proper piece count and type of packaging needed, transferring material using cranes or pallet jacks, and organizing storage areas by part number and heat codes.

Responsibilities

• Load parts into the Straightener and Process.
• Observe and alert the supervisor for visual defects.
• Set up the straightener according to the blueprint part.
• Monitor calibration dates on gauges.
• Verify that material is properly tagged before moving.
• Ensure proper containers are at the production and secondary operations.
• Measure parts and straighten part specific tolerances.
• Provide coverage to production lines first and spell for brea...
