Reports to: Production Manager / Lead Operator

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for operating thermoforming machinery, packaging equipment, and other production equipment to consistently meet quantity, quality, and safety goals.

Essential Functions:

Operates thermoforming machinery and packaging equipment according to operation instructions and set work procedures during scheduled shifts to produce product to quality specifications and production goals. Performs machinery start-up, shutdown, roll change, and tool change processes according to procedures or operation instructions. Uses pre-identified trouble shooting approaches as well as own approach to make sure start-ups, shut-downs, roll changes, and tool changes are done efficiency and effectively.
