Job Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for the overall production and operation of a highly complex converting machine, including set-up, operation, troubleshooting, training, housekeeping and basic crew-level maintenance. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality machine performance within the designated department while supporting overall production goals.
**Shift:** 1’st Shift, hours 5AM to 1PM
**Pay Rate:** $20.00 to $24.00 depending on experience.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor assigned converting machinery to produce products that meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and production schedules.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or electrical issues affecting machine performance, performing basic adjustments when appropriate and escalating maintenance concerns as needed.
