Machine Operation Night / Afternoon Shift

Blaze Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced Afternoon and Night Machine Operators for an immediate start with well-established and highly regarded companies based in Thomastown.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators or someone looking to develop a career within the manufacturing industry.

About the role:  

• Set up and operate CNC machines to process materials (e.g. sheet metal or timber)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and job specifications
• Load and unload materials and select the correct material type and thickness for production
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as required
