Key Responsibilities
- Recommendation Engines: Develop and refine hybrid models combining collaborative filtering and content based data to match buyers with off market listings.
- SQ Intelligence: Scale existing ML pipelines to identify investment potential and market trends across thousands of assets.
- Specialised Models: Work on Invest-Match and Geo-Match systems for real time property valuation and precise location detection.
