The Role

We are building an AI-powered accessibility system that translates human language into 3D sign language animations. We're combining transformers, computer vision, and reinforcement learning to solve a problem that sits at the intersection of NLP, motion synthesis, and linguistic accuracy.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to drive our ML research and productionize models that actually work at scale. You'll be working on everything from sequence-to-sequence translation models to computer vision systems that understand and evaluate sign language motion quality.

You will join a team that's passionate about understanding what makes sign language animations accurate, natural, and trustworthy for the deaf community.
