Machine Learning Engineer

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer (1–3 YOE) to work on NLP systems and AI agents.

This role is best suited for someone who is genuinely strong in ML — comfortable going beyond libraries and APIs to understand models, data behavior, and performance trade-offs.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and improving ML/NLP models end-to-end (data → modeling → evaluation → production)

• Retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and semantic systems at scale

• LLM systems with rigorous evaluation and optimization

• AI agents that combine reasoning, retrieval, and decision workflows

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has solid ML fundamentals (statistics, optimization, generalization, metrics)

• Has hands-on experience training or fine-tuning models (not just using APIs)

• Can design experiments and iterate based on evidence
