Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning & Prompt Engineer to support the development of a standards-aligned, mobile-first education AI platform designed for use in low-connectivity environments.
This role focuses on designing robust prompt architectures and early machine learning foundations that ground all AI-generated outputs in uploaded national curricula and standards. The work includes lesson plans and assessment generation, pacing-based task recommendations, and explainability features that help educators understand why content is generated or recommended.
You will design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, pacing-aware logic, and multi-model prompt strategies that operate consistently across OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. You will also help define feedback signals and data strategies that allow the system to improve over time based on educator usage and student performance, while laying the groundwork for future proprietary model development.
