Job Duties

Responsible for the daily technical support (email, phone, chat) for Belgium/Luxemburg market together with the other team members and global Professional Services colleagues, taking care for all incoming support requests linked to Topcon/Sokkia related products (MAC).

Member of the Machine Control Training team, lead and maintain seasonable Dealer & End-user trainings.

Support the Sales team(s), prepare technical demo’s and presentations. Work closely with Sales and Marketing staff to provide business solutions.

Creation of online content (Quick Guides, How-to, Notification messages).

Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for below listed applications including Software, Hardware and Services. Keep up to date with associated new developments.
