Job - Machine Assembly & Service Operative
Location: Salisbury, UK
Term: Full-Time
Salary: £13-£15 p/h (dependent on experience)
Required Attributes
- Experience in electro‑mechanical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow detailed build manuals, drawings, and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Experience working with electrical, electronic, and mechanical components
- Good fault‑finding and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to contribute to process improvements and build efficiency
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable team player with a proactive, hands‑on approach
- Understanding of workshop health & safety standards and best practice
- Experience in repair, servicing, or maintenance of machinery would be advantageous
