This role focuses on assembling large equipment and sheet metal components by fastening joints and seams using a variety of hand and power tools, while consistently meeting quality specifications and safety guidelines. You will work in a collaborative team environment, performing mechanical assembly tasks that closely resemble construction and fabrication work, including layout, measurement, and installation activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fasten joints and seams in sheet metal using fasteners and drivers to assemble components into finished products.
+ Screw sheet metal panels together according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Install insulation within sheet metal assemblies as required.
+ Use power tools such as drills, grinders, plasma cutting equipment, impacts, and saws to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
