Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated MacBook Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple MacBook devices. The candidate should be passionate about troubleshooting hardware and software issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair Apple MacBook hardware issues.
  • Replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, charging ports, speakers, and trackpads.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve macOS software-related issues.
