Mac Support Engineer – London – 1-week contract

My customer is looking for a dedicated Mac Support Engineer to help with issues up to L2.

You’ll be working focused on an Okta workflow and keeping the lights on with basic Mac and Okta queries. Other experience required: G Suite, Chrome and Zoom.

The Mac Support Engineer is required to be onsite in Central London.

Primary day to day responsibilities will for the Mac Support Engineer will include:

Previous experience in a Mac Support Engineer role
Mac OS – Basic troubleshooting and support
Okta – This experience is required – someone that can sort out Okta and Okta workflows.
BAU Support of Mac OS and Okta
Google Workspace: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
Chrome: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
Zoom: Configuration and Support would be beneficial
