Apple Macintosh Engineer to support the Client
Summary:
Performs day today backend engineering support on MAC operating systems
Interface with senior IMF personnel daily
Responds and resolves end user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems
Updates status of SNOW queued service requests
The responsibilities for the candidates in this role include but are not limited to the following
Builds packages and administrations Mac OS and IOS devices through JAMF Pro and Intune
Experience of migrating MAC devices from JAMP Pro to Intune
Experience in Provisioning MAC device using Intune
Setup maintain document and train on JAMF Pro Server in an enterprise environment
