Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior L3 mac OS Administrator to support and manage mac OS environments across multiple enterprise clients in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setup.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Jamf Pro (on-prem and cloud), Microsoft Intune, and mac OS automation and packaging, with a focus on delivering reliable, secure, and efficient endpoint management solutions.
This role demands advanced troubleshooting, automation, and scripting abilities to ensure service excellence and compliance across diverse client infrastructures.
