Job Description
- To Manage Procurement of Rates from Airlines / Agents and co-ordinate with all in concern for RFQ Submission.
- To procure Rates & accurately submit for Spot shipment Rate Enquiries.
- To support local call-in customer enquiries and pass on to Sales Team.
- To create a Customer code and set up credit terms.
- Managing internal & customer complaint relations to sales.
- Customer calls to generate sales and sales leads.
- Support incoming sales leads to generate sales.
- Close sales enquiries from local and overseas offices.
- To support assigned sales Personnel in generating quotations into the system for all the business closed.
- To support closing the other location secured quotations in the system.
- To Manage presentation materials for Sales Team.
- To qualify all Sales Leads and market intelligence from Product Managers and promote to Sales Team.
