M&A Due Diligence Analyst

Scrubbed.net Global Services is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Associate to support financial due diligence engagements and assist the corporate finance team in delivering high-quality client service across multiple industries and regions.

You will participate in buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyze target financials, assess issues impacting price, perform earnings and working capital analyses, and help draft client-ready reports with guidance to associates.
