Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • You will be a senior member of the team and will be responsible for focussing on generating revenue and advising clients on transaction advisory related matters for life insurers.
  • building and scaling a market-leading actuarial M&A proposition to generate new sources of revenue for the team
  • performing valuations including consideration of embedded value approaches where relevant, Solvency II own funds, IFRS 17 impact assessments

    • Qualifications required:

  • Proven Director-level origination and delivery track record in the UK Insurance industry
  • Life actuarial M&A background acquired in an actuarial consultancy or (re)insurance company or similar
