As an M&A Associate, you are the right hand to the Deal Maker on live transactions. You support the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to close: you keep workflows tight, review key deliverables, chase blockers, coordinate teams, and make sure nothing stalls. You step in to fix issues, approve where delegated, and help deals move forward smoothly. This is not light coordination. It's being in the middle of real deals, protecting quality, and driving execution. If you love complex transactions, hate delays, and want hands-on M&A exposure, this role fits.
