CoreFactor is searching for an M365 Support Specialist on a contract basis for a client located in the GTA. This position is hybrid and requires the successful incumbent to be in the office four (4) days per week. The Opportunity We are looking for a versatile and customer-focused IT professional to join our clients User Experience (Modern Workplace) team. In this role, you will provide operational support, consultation, and solution delivery across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem while partnering closely with our Citizen Development program. The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of requests ranging from SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 governance to supporting business owned sites, data and applications developed through our Professional and Citizen Development initiatives.
