Role Overview
The IT Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that IT systems, processes, and deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with internal and external requirements. The role drives continuous improvement across IT processes, leads risk-based audits, maintains documentation, and supports system administration under the Quality Management Section. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT audit experience or hands-on IT development background, along with expertise in IT and quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Management & Process Improvement- Serve as process owner for key quality processes, such as feedback, requirements, and change management.
- Review annual quality performance, set quality targets, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Oversee documentation workflows, including drafting, review, approval, version control, and baselining.
