Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team, supporting the delivery of works within a fast-paced, high-profile building services environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Manager and project teams to support the commercial delivery of new works, life cycle projects, and business-as-usual maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Commercial Team with the commercial management of MEP projects and maintenance works.
Obtain and evaluate quotations through competitive tender processes.
Analyse tenders and support the procurement of materials and subcontractor packages.
Assist in the preparation and management of payment schedules and cash flow forecasts.
