Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Service Cloud Voice (SCV) to design, implement, and optimize integrated voice, CRM, and digital customer service solutions. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience, understands contact center technologies, and can build scalable, secure, and reliable end-to-end solutions.
