• Functional lead the mechanical system engineers to build up LVS solutions engineering CoE competency through process optimization, training, best practices, and lessons‑learned sharing, supporting all business line functions.
• Drive global standardization of the LVS solutions offering to international customers.
• Standardize, optimize, and monitor technical interfaces and processes with global solutions suppliers (other ABB business units and third‑party suppliers).
• Contribute to solutions business risk management and provide technical risk assessments for global projects.
• Participate in critical technical discussions and support strategic decision‑making.
