Utopia Design is seeking a highly skilled Head of Maintenance to oversee the full upkeep of a prestigious private ultra-luxury villa in Pedralbes, Barcelona. This hands-on role requires broad technical expertise, discretion, and a proactive approach to maintain uninterrupted luxury living.

The position is freelance / on‑call, active during the principals' stays, with contractor management and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and home automation.
