Luxury Store Lead - Sales & Client Experience

Maison Margiela is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team and deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement brand standards, drive sales, and build relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.

In this role you will oversee daily store operations, training, visual merchandising, and loss prevention while analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and foster a collaborative, ethical, and client‑focused
