Luxury Residence & Owner Experience Manager

Fairmont La Hacienda seeks an experienced Residence Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the residential component, ensuring owner experience, privacy, and brand standards. The role sits within the Rooms Division and reports to the Director of Rooms.

Responsibilities include coordinating owner arrivals, private-use periods where applicable, and ensuring residences are maintained to Fairmont luxury standards while protecting data privacy and asset quality.
