One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit seeks a Reservations professional to manage guest inquiries, book rooms, and ensure complete guest satisfaction across channels. You will learn the resort’s rooms, suites, villas, services, and seasonal rates while maintaining accurate records and timely responses.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, advanced English, and proficiency with office tools; Opera or Fidelio experience is preferred.
